All-Outdoor, Carrier-Class, 4.5 GHz TDD Radio Systems for Secure, High Capacity Government and NATO Applications
The EX-4.5r Series GigE all-outdoor digital microwave radios are the fastest, most capable 4.5 GHz NATO-band systems available. These carrier-class TDD radios support capacities ranging from 110 Mbps to an industry-leading 440 Mbps aggregate user throughput and up to four T1/E1s.
The EX-4.5r Series GigE systems were designed to meet stringent government and military requirements for applications such as voice backhaul, trunked two-way radio backhaul, GIS data transmission and remote video surveillance.
Featuring native TDM and native Ethernet transport and full software configurability and upgradeability, these systems meet stringent TDM latency and data security requirements. Like other Exalt GigE systems, the EX-4.5r GigE radios support capacity aggregation, allowing traffic from two 4.5 GHz radios to be aggregated over a single Gigabit Ethernet port for up to 880 Mbps aggregate Ethernet throughput.
EX-4.5r Series GigE radios are available in both integrated antenna and external antenna (connectorized) versions.
