The EX-5r IP and EX-5r-c IP wireless Ethernet bridges from Exalt are the only tri-band 5GHz, native IP wireless bridges available today. These all-outdoor systems operate in the 5.25-5.35 GHz, 5.4-5.725 GHz, and 5.725-5.850 GHz bands, and deliver up to 200Mbps of sustained user capacity in a software-configurable, carrier class system with high spectral efficiency, SNMPv3/ HTTP/CLI management, and unprecedented spectrum management flexibility.
Systems are available with internally switched, dual polarized integrated antenna (EX-5r IP), or type-N female connectors (EX-5r-c IP) for flexible external antenna mounting.

The EX-5r IP and EX-5r-c IP feature GPS synchronization (optional ExaltSync™ GPS kit) for high density collocation and spectrum reuse, providing the highest interference avoidance features for the most challenging RF environments. In addition, the systems support asymmetrical transmission for video surveillance and broadcast applications, as well as strong link security, AES encryption, and VLAN.
Exalt’s breakthrough spectrum-management technology provides up to 54 non-overlapping frequency channels, with 1 MHz fine tuning capability across the three 5GHz bands without restrictive pre-configured channel plans. This results in as many as 415 center frequencies of operation to choose from without new hardware or system re-tuning. As an additional interference countermeasure, the EX-5r IP and EX-5r-c IP provide 8, 16, 32, and 64 MHz channel bandwidths and synchronization to help maximize band usability and throughput for the required distance of the link.
